Energetic and industrious, Jeff provides a youthful flavor to the Hamptons market. Previously working for the Town's Land management Department, Jeff has been able to amass the requisite knowledge needed to tackle the local market. Offering expertise in a number of areas, such as land use evaluation, zoning, NYS building code and local town code. He is also familiar with local environmental regulations and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regulations. Jeff's versatility is unquestionable and provides his clients with the peace of mind needed while searching for a new home. Married to a Hamptons native and formerly a civil servant, Jeff understands the needs of families looking to buy or sell property in the Hamptons. His upbringing and educational training are at the root of his continued success. Born to parents of Caribbean descent, Jeff earned a bachelors degree in Business Economics and went on to work in the financial industry. After moving to Long Island a few years ago, Jeff was able to master local zoning and land use regulations, which lead to him earning his real estate license. He works closely with well-known seasoned Douglas Elliman agent Terry Thompson and other real estate professionals as part of the Thompson team.
