An upscale resort community, Westhampton Beach has a vibrant downtown with boutique shops, small restaurants, and a highly rated school system. A performing arts center draws audiences from throughout the East End. With a town dock just steps from Main Street, area residents can ride into town on their boat. Just over the drawbridge along Dune Road lie some of the most pristine beaches in the Hamptons, popular with weekenders and full-time residents alike.

The real estate market in Westhampton Beach is one of the hottest in the Hamptons. Homes on village streets within walking distance to Main Street are coveted nearly as much as oceanfront villas. Most of the newer gable-roofed, cedar-shingle homes start in the $3 million range, with Dune Road homes usually listed for $6 million and up.
