Sharman S. Peddy

Sharman S. Peddy is a life-long resident of East Hampton, NY. After receiving a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Marymount College in Boca Raton, Florida, Sharman enjoyed an extensive career in the fashion and interior design industry in New York, Palm Beach, and eventually the Hamptons. As a licensed interior designer and staging expert, Sharman's passion for directing projects from the beginning stages of construction to the final decorating details eventually lead to her interest in a real estate career. In the early 1980s, Sharman moved back to East Hampton where she began successfully buying, selling and renovating homes. Sharman has a broad knowledge of the real estate market in the Hamptons , Manhattan and in Palm Beach County , Southern Florida. Working with buyers and sellers both here and abroad, she has accomplished her goal to form lasting relationships priding herself on professionalism, product knowledge, sincerity, and honesty. Her desire to help clients and her keen expertise, contribute to her ongoing success in the industry, including several prime residential sales from Southhampton to Montauk .
