Lynda Packard is consistently a top agent and has been Douglas Elliman's #1 producer in The Hamptons, #1 in the Southampton Office and recently was awarded the Top Producer, Hamptons by Long Island Business News. Lynda specializes in oceanfront and bay front properties and has achieved record prices in numerous locations. Her lifetime of knowledge about the beaches and bays in the Hamptons, allows Lynda to discover the unique and special aspects of each waterfront property she handles. Lynda handles a full range of listings from Westhampton to Montauk and frequently partners with colleagues throughout the global Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank network, especially in New York City. Confidentiality, a background in international marketing with a focus in luxury goods, as well as working with international clients has been a common theme throughout Lynda's career. Prior to working at Douglas Elliman, she was a Senior consultant with AGENCY.COM and specialized in global corporate strategies, international operations, and strategic marketing working with clients such as TXU, Kimberly-Clark, Visa etc. Before achieving two Master Degrees, an MBA and MA, Arts Administration from SMU, Lynda spent 10 years at Sotheby's. Inc, in 19th Century European Paintings and then as the Senior Manager in the Marketing Department where she was responsible for all international strategic marketing plans, and the handling of VIP clients and sales including the record breaking Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis estate sale. Lynda has resided in London, Sydney, Montego Bay, New York City, Dallas and Southampton. She has a love for international travel and culture and has visited over 30 countries around the world. Lynda feels strongly about giving back to the local community and helping others around the world. She is actively involved in many international NGO's including being on the Executive Board of a Foundation that runs 4 schools in Jamaica. In addition to her two Master Degrees, she has her BA from Colgate University and is a Hotchkiss School graduate.
