A Hamptonite since the age of seven when he started vacationing here with his family, Greg Schmidt ultimately became not only a lifelong East End enthusiast, but a successful investor and real estate professional in the market he knows so well. Having lived in several different neighborhoods throughout Southampton, Sag Harbor and East Hampton where he currently resides, he has a unique perspective on what each has to offer clients in terms of lifestyle, property types and value. Greg grew up between New York and Florida then studied Business Management at Auburn University. He used his business skills well running his own company in the entertainment industry, booking bands throughout the United States and overseas, for high-end fundraisers, corporate events and galas. Outside of his many hours of work, he enjoys working out, biking and hiking in the beautiful nature of our incomparable local surroundings.
