David Mazujian

With over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate business spanning residential and commercial finance, development/construction, design, advisory, and brokerage, David brings a depth of knowledge to clients across the East End. As a full-time resident, David prides himself on fully understanding buyer and seller profiles and motivations, in order to thoughtfully match the best properties and strategies suited to their dreams. Drawing upon several years in domestic and international real estate, David enjoys engaging with a uniquely diverse clientele, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, negotiation acumen and client service. David is a long-time resident of the Hamptons and is particularly active in the local community. Most recently, David was elected President of Hampton Waters Property Owners Association. He has also led the effort to bring Suffolk County Water to his neighboring East Hampton community. He is near completing a full scale renovation of his post-modern home, and possesses experience with architects, contractors and designers from conceptual design to construction execution and finishings. A classically-trained chef, David is also a culinary blogger and wine hobbyist, recently earning his Premier Cru Wine Certification.
