And I do.” Pat first came to the Hamptons in the ‘80s full time from a textile career in New York and when she moved here full-time, Pat channeled the marketing, design and negotiating skills she acquired in her successful career in the garment center into her passion for the real estate market. Now, she works with all kinds of clients helping put together the pieces of their unique puzzles, whether that means downsizing or upsizing, buying or selling, for everyone from Hamptons locals to household names from all walks of life.
