Rich Dec

Rich Dec was born and raised in Southampton, New York. After 10 years of living and working in NYC as an advertising sales executive, life events prompted Rich to pursue a real estate career in 2004. Focusing on the Hamptons—an area that he deeply loves and knows inside and out. His passion for real estate sales and property development began almost 20 years ago when searching for his own home in Montauk. As someone who gets personal enjoyment out of hands on design and renovations, Rich embarked on developing some speculative properties from Southampton to East Hampton. This knowledge and experience gives his clients and customers an honest, realistic and fresh perspective whether selling or buying a home. Now servicing Southampton to Montauk and everywhere in between, he thoroughly enjoys the research, detailed market analysis and the interaction with clients, customers and colleagues every day.
