Originally from Wisconsin, Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Social Work and a minor in Fine Arts. After traveling the world working for a major airline, he moved to New York City in 1990. Joe then spent almost two decades working in fashion management, merchandising, design and licensing for a number of top-name designers including Calvin Klein and Donna Karan. He has also applied his strong interpersonal skills and business sense to help multiple clients as a Certified Business and Life Coach who has worked and consulted in the field. Joe's natural way with clients, keen visualization talent, strong negotiating skills and personal knowledge of the real estate process set the perfect stage for pursuing his real estate career.
