Nancy Heaney

Nancy Heaney loves real estate because no two clients, or deals, are ever the same. Born and raised in Garden City, Long Island, Nancy attended Albany State, University of London and New York University. She holds a degree in psychology and Spanish. She also attended the Academy of Natural Healing Arts in Santa Fe. Nancy worked in graphic design and as a licensed massage therapist prior to raising her two daughters and entering real estate. Her customer service background serves as the foundation of her successful client interactions and effectiveness as an agent. In her leisure time, Nancy adores the pristine ocean and bay beaches year round. She enjoys walking, yoga, tai chi, cooking and nature. Nancy is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, New York Botanical Gardens and Quogue Wildlife Refuge, and is active in multiple school organizations.
