In 1975 her family decided to move full-time to Montauk, where they owned and operated local restaurants and businesses. After getting married and living in New York City where she managed a dental office for 14 years she returned to Montauk and her real love – real estate. Mary Ann and her husband own several properties in Montauk, Florida, and Brooklyn. She enjoys taking long walks, scenic bike rides, enjoying local bands, and quiet days at the beach with a good book.
