Fran Carroll

Fran has been with The Marketplace from the very beginning in 1985 and has enjoyed the opportunity of meeting and working with a wide variety of sellers and buyers. From 1985 to the present Fran has seen many changes in the real estate market on the East End of Long Island. The industry has gone from paper files to computer files, from airmail to email, from walk-ins to fly ins! Fran and The Marketplace have done their best to keep up with all the new and exciting technology that is necessary to run a successful real estate office in these challenging times. Fran and his wife Carol, who recently retired from teaching in the Quogue school, have lived in Quogue for more than thirty years. They have three grown children. Fran is a member and past president of the Quogue Association, a member of The Surf Club of Quogue, and a Hospice volunteer.
