Eric Lorito

A local native of the East End's beach-front lifestyle, Eric Lorito returned to Southampton to join The Morley Group in 2010. Previously, he attended Southampton High School and in the summers learned the art of catering to elite clientele as a caddie at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club. After studying economics at the University of Richmond, Eric began his Real Estate & Property Management career in NYC overseeing a portfolio of 43 Residential and Commercial properties. Eric has since brought this experience to Morley Property Management and in 2015 obtained his NYS Real Estate Salesperson License to offer clients and customers diverse and thorough service through his affiliation with The Morley Agency Real Estate Office.
