About
Christina Galesi, Associate Broker and Senior Global Real Estate Advisor with Sotheby's International Realty, has been with the company since 1999. She is a luxury property specialist with well over $365 million in sales. Christina specializes in representing the complex portfolio of issues particularly associated with high-end estates as well as meeting the high expectations cultivated by both the buyers and sellers of this particular real estate market.
Among the 50,000 sales associates across all NRT brands, including Sotheby's International Realty, Corcoran, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Century 21, Christina Galesi ranks among the top one percent of the company's entire sales force.
Bruce Zipf, President and CEO of NRT, Sotheby's International Realty's parent company, has thanked Christina for her strong commitment, perseverance and loyalty and stated that he is proud to count her among the NRT elite. She is one of the select few seasoned agents nationwide who understands the intricacies of managing the investments of this discerning clientele and she does so discretely and meticulously.
Christina focuses on selling high-end properties and has a history of negotiating record-breaking waterfront sales with examples including prestigious Southampton waterfront properties with prices ranging from $18 million to $29.9 million. Having not only sold a stunning Sagaponack property with the last asking price of $14,900,000, and a celebrity home asking $9,995,000, Christina has recently sold over $75,000,000 in properties. Some of these properties include a Sagaponack waterfront asking $19,995,000, the prestigious John Randolph Hearst Jr. Estate asking $8,500,000, the Estate of Arthur O. Sulzberger asking $11,950,000, Edge Of Woods Farm asking $12,500,000 and the "Bois Dorés" Estate asking $14,000,000.
Known for her design sense and her very tasteful and eye-catching targeted marketing campaigns, Christina has also represented and sold some of the most prestigious properties in Sag Harbor Village including the historic L’Hommedieu House on Captains Row—as well as some of the most discrete and sought-after waterfront properties in the Hamptons. She listed and sold one of these coveted waterfronts on Glover Street in Sag Harbor for $10,150,100, almost 3 million higher than the asking price in the first week of listing it and then subsequently sold several other properties in this highly valued area also in the first week of being on the market. Also selling them over the asking price each time. A track record that speaks for itself.
