Matt Burns

A native of the East End, Matt Burns has lived the Hamptons experience his entire life. Drawing upon his lifelong ties to the community, Matt offers his clients and customers the benefit of his extensive knowledge of the individual hamlets that comprise the local real estate landscape. Dedicated and highly professional, Matt represents his clients with the utmost attention, discretion and focus, building lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Matt began his real estate career in 2012 with Sotheby’s International Realty. There he honed his skills in real estate marketing, sales, customer representation, valuation and contract negotiation. Prior to real estate Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. For several years, Matt was a certified ocean lifeguard in East Hampton. Additionally Matt participated in two Spanish immersion programs while spending time in South America where he developed a strong working knowledge of written and spoken Spanish.
