Heather Saskas

Heather has been helping buyers and sellers in Hamptons real estate for the past thirteen years, sharing her in-depth knowledge of the area. Heather has sold large land parcels to builders as well as working with individuals to find the ideal location for building their dream home. Her knowledge of the market and tenacity in researching the homes pays off when working with buyers for both new construction and established properties. Born and raised in Montauk, Heather is deeply connected in the community and benefits from many long-standing relationships that give her an inside local perspective. Her knowledge of inventory and a property's history and potential is invaluable to buyers, sellers and renters. With her experience and knowledge of local town codes, she is able to quickly get accurate answers to any questions. She serves on the Board of the Southampton Youth Services (SYS), is a founder of the non-profit Local EcoWorks, Ltd. in Sag Harbor and the Treasurer of the North Haven Ladies Village Improvement Society. She currently resides in North Haven with her husband, two children and adorable labradoodle.
