Nancy Keeshan

As a former broker at Keeshan Real Estate, Nancy brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Compass. She joined the Compass team in 2017 when Compass teamed up with Keeshan to facilitate expansion into Montauk. Raised in Montauk, Nancy is a graduate of Montauk School, the Stony Brook School and of Boston College. After college she lived in both Boston and Manhattan but found that the quality of life on the East End was more her style. She loves the outdoors and in her free time likes to surf-cast, paddle board, surf, run and walk with her dog Piper. Aviation, however, is Nancy’s real passion and as a private pilot she enjoys flying around the Tri-State area. “There in nothing quite like seeing the Hamptons from the air. It’s truly a slice of paradise!” Nothing makes her happier than living and working in such a beautiful place and Nancy has confidence that when you find your home in the Hamptons with her, you will fall in love with it too. Encouraged by the healthy real estate market in the Hamptons, Nancy is thrilled to be a part of East Hampton Town’s development both on the planning level and on the selling end. She is a former Vice-Chairperson of the East Hampton Town Planning Board, is a member of the East Hampton Lions Club and a former president of the Montauk Village Association. She is very involved with the Montauk community and takes time to volunteer whenever possible. “The East End is my home. I have deep roots here and, as a result, it’s important to me to give something back to a community that has already given to me so much.“
