Felice Milani

Throughout her career, Felice has been constantly negotiating on behalf of her clients in order to put them in the best position possible. I fight for my clients as if my own future were at stake, not theirs. My focus is on their needs and interests: How can I provide them with the utmost in personal and professional services? How can I make the process of buying, selling or renting a home fun and easy Clients appreciate Felices commitment, hard work ethic and creative, caring approach. Securing or selling a home, ones most major asset, requires the assistance of a dedicated professional who will be the rock that supports the client and the glue that holds the transaction together; Felice prides herself on being both and more. Originally from Manhattan's Upper West Side, Felice graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a B.A. degree and earned her J.D. from St. Johns University School of Law. She has worked as a public defender since 2004, all the while pursuing her passion in the real estate industry. Felice initially trained with a prominent firm in Queens and worked as an associate broker.Since moving permanently to Southampton in 2010 with her husband, and proudly raising their two children here, she enjoys showing clients the area and how wonderful life on the East End can be.
