About
Christine Piacente is a seasoned real estate investor and dedicated agent who appreciates the needs and concerns of many types of customer, from the first-time homeowner to the savvy buyer and seller. Her experience purchasing and selling real estate privately for 25 years, and success throughout the journey inspired her to get her license and help others reap the rewards of owning property.
Christine gained valuable expertise and practical skills working as a landlord at six independent locations ranging from standard apartment situations to large retail facilities. She and her husband own various properties in New York, plus recently capitalized on a prime piece of Queens real estate where they negotiated a ground lease with PetCo for redevelopment into a shopping center.
A resident of Mattituck for nearly 20 years, Christine provides local knowledge of the North Fork, as well as in-depth marketing plans that use the most advanced technology in the industry. She believes that every real estate salesperson owes their clients and customers honesty and diligence in the execution of a transaction.
Christine relates to all people having lived and worked in New York City, the North Fork, Maine, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is originally from Portland, Maine, holds a B.S. TESOL from L.I.U. Greenvale, and received an M.S. in Education from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. Christine is a licensed N.Y.C., N.Y.S.
