Vance became passionate about real estate through his father, Mark Schindler, a residential sales veteran at Corcoran in Westhampton Beach. Vance's intimate knowledge of the Hamptons market, fine-tuned social skills and dedicated service career made his entry into the business a natural transition. Born in California, Vance lived in Colorado for a few years but has considered Westhampton his true home since moving in locally at seven years old. He is fully rooted in the community, having attended Westhampton Beach elementary, middle and high school, and caddied at Westhampton Country Club. Vance holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and International Business, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. His background is very well-suited to serving the needs of a diverse clientele.
