Patty Brockman

Patty Brockman is both a real estate veteran and a Montauk lover. This combination gives her perfect qualifications for helping her clients buy and sell property in this desirable East End market. Born and raised in Northport, NY, Patty lived in Portland, Oregon for many years and got her real estate license in 1995. She became a Principal Broker with Windermere Realty Trust in Portland, and holds the prestigious GRI, CNE, ASP designations. Patty has mentored and taught real estate classes to new agents and brokers as well, sharing her skills that have made her a knowledgeable, sought-after resource. Other attributes that set her apart are communication, attention to detail, the ability to form deep relationships with her clients, and her commitment to staying in touch throughout the transaction and beyond. Because of this, she does regular repeat business and is rewarded with referrals. Patty has a big personality and loves to add humor and fun to everything she does to help alleviate stress. She typically attracts clients who share that personality. Complementing her interpersonal side, Patty is a bit of a data geek. She has many talents besides real estate, such as being a SAG/AFTRA actor with experience in film and stage. This has given her the confidence to be a good public speaker and face-to-face negotiator. Patty is also soprano who has sung in various choirs and been a soloist and Canter in churches. Topping it off, she’s an Ironman triathlete and professional run, swim and triathlete coach with several coaching certifications. Patty has three children, two grandchildren, and three rescue dogs that she adores.
