Stephanie Stevens

A Hamptons native, Stephanie has been a resident of Southampton for over 30 years, and currently resides in Southampton Village with her family. Born In Southampton, New York, a Graduate of Southampton High School in 1990. She received her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies and Latin American Politics from Manhattanville College, Westchester, NY in 1995. Stephanie's love of real estate began in the late 1990s when she began her career selling condominiums and co-ops in Amagansett and Montauk. She really enjoys helping her clients find the right home and or investment property. With over seventeen years of industry experience, Stephanie is excellent at listening to her clients needs to bring together the perfect buyers and sellers. As a Certified Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), she has brokered over 30 condo/co-op resales in her career. As an experienced Property Manager, protecting her client's interests with a professional and caring eye for security, property maintenance, repairs and local property code issues. Stephanie's clients appreciate her recommendations on to how to maintain and improve property value.
