Dean Gangai

Dean Gangai is no stranger to Hamptons real estate. His family has ties in East Hampton dating back to the early 1960's as well as a fabulous cottage on 5 +/- acres in East Hampton Village-Fringe. Most recently, Dean played an integral role subdividing 26 +/- acres in East Hampton, Springs. Dean has 22 years of experience in property management, rentals, maintenance and renovations. He is a former Wall Street broker and trader and has 28 years-experience as a business owner in luxury transportation services across Long Island. Dean is a graduate of La Salle Military Academy of Oakdale, New York as well as the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a Minor in Marketing. Wisdom, drive, and personality combined; Dean is well-suited for real estate. He has the alert competence and clear understanding of what it takes to deliver on a customer or clients wants and needs. But he says, that only comes from being a good listener and delivering on his promises. Dean believes that timing is everything. Hence he is detail-oriented, diligent and expeditious in his follow-through, and given his background - highly skilled in high-stakes negotiation.
