Erica Smitheman has a strong background in sales, having worked with contractors, builders and home owners for over a decade. Specializing in hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, and natural stone. Erica has designed enumerable kitchens and baths in the Tri-State Area, Central America, the Caribbean, Aspen, and the Poconos. Keenly focused on perfecting the hardscape-interiors of homes, Ericas transition to real estate was a natural one. Organized, thoughtful, caring and kind - and always putting the needs of her clients and customers first - Erica will go the extra mile to get the deal done. She is an avid supporter of The Retreat in East Hampton and currently lives with her long-time partner in Montauk, New York. Erica enjoys spinning, Total Body Resistance (TRX) classes, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
