Steven Failla

A native Long Islander, Steve graduated Mercyhurst University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance. He served as an Army Reservist from 1997-2001 and earned multiple post graduate degrees; Masters of Science in Education and a Professional Diploma in Administration from Dowling College. He has worked in the educational industry for the past 22 years as a high school teacher and varsity coach. Steve has been and continues to be a real estate investor and landlord for 20 years. Having been a sounding board and real estate advisor for numerous organizations and colleagues, he is committed to offering his professional expertise to all. Steve currently lives in the Village of Quogue with his wife Jodi and their two daughters. He has served in the Quogue Fire Department since 2012 and is currently a trustee on the Quogue Board of Education. Steve is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
