Greg Baker

A career in real estate was a natural segue for Greg, who spent two decades working in marketing, sales, interior design, and property development. His clients benefit from his deep knowledge and passion for the property design and development process, his nuanced understanding of the local area and its building codes, and the trusted relationships he's forged with quality design and build trades here on the East End. As a full-time Sag Harbor resident, Greg has a long history as both a Hamptons homeowner and luxury-rental landlord and shares that expertise with his client and customer base. A deep understanding of digital marketing, superior communication, savvy negotiation skills, and client-service expertise help Greg successfully guide his clients through the deal-making process. Greg has held a variety of senior roles at notable corporations. He started with a management consulting position at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco. He later moved to advertising sales roles at premier Los Angeles radio stations, and, after moving to Manhattan, Viacom MTV Networks and the Discovery Channel. In 2009, he and his husband moved to Sag Harbor full time to follow their shared passion for interior design and property development, co-founding their own full-service development company. They continue to design and develop Hamptons investment properties for resale. Their projects have been featured in publications like The East Hampton Star and the Sag Harbor Express.
