Fran has been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years with her understanding and knowledge of the market is what gave her the edge to open up her own firm "Licata Ventura Realty." Fran is extremely service driven and strives to make her consumer not only happy with their sale or purchase but to educate them with the process of the experience. Before moving to the East End Fran was a native New Yorker and worked in the Jewelry industry on 47 TH Street of Manhatten for 2 of the biggest firms sales and design is her passion Her motto "No Diamond is ever too big or too small they are always just right ". Her other passion is her family and her 2 dogs Charlie who currently is 18 year old Cocker Spaniel and Harry a Moorkie who is 7. Fran has served in many communities throughout out the years she is a current member of the Westhampton Beach Chamber of Commerce
