About
Entrepreneurship runs in the DiVisconte blood.
From watching his parents build Long Island's largest music lesson company, to his father inspiring him to start a career in real estate after he had great success in the industry himself; Nicholas always knew he'd be in charge of his own destiny.
Nicholas has never been afraid to go the extra mile, learn something new, or take a risk; just ask the pilot of the plane he jumps out of every year on his birthday. He only knows hard work and lives by the quote "Do it right the first time, so you don't have to do it again".
Nicholas holds an Associate's Degree in Business, and consistently crushed his quotas in every retail sales job he held over the years, but knew he wasn't supposed to be there. He had a bigger purpose. His true passion is helping individuals and families through one of the biggest transactions of their lives – real estate – and he couldn't love it more. It doesn't matter if you are selling, buying, renting, investing or a combination of all four, Nicholas's discipline and expertise separates him from other realtors, and he is absolutely relentless when it comes to serving his clients and negotiating on their behalf.
Not only is Nicholas a 1st degree Shodan Black Belt in American Jiu Jitsu, he is also a black belt when it comes to real estate. Just four years into his real estate career that hard work and determination rewarded Nicholas when he was recognized as one of LIBOR & YPN's "Top 20 Under 40" Rising Stars in Real Estate in 2019 for his impressive work across Long Island & Queens with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors alike.
He's been a musician since birth and has extensive knowledge of piano, baritone saxophone, guitar (acoustic preferably), and thinks he can sing. When Nicholas takes time off (which is almost never) you can find him alongside any body of water fishing for that evening's dinner (he also loves to cook), sinking a long putt on the 13th green, bowling a perfect game, or doing anything that strengthens or challenges his mind and body.
You can expect the same from him when he negotiates for the sale or purchase of your home.
