Melissa Hanrahan

Melissa is a Long Island native with a dual passion for Real Estate and Beauty. Real estate is a family tradition dating back to her great, great grandparents who were Real Estate investors in Naples,Italy. With such a rich family history, Melissa has inherited both a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit. With two decades of experience in the New York real estate market and the Title industry, Melissa has developed a deep understanding of the industry. This experience sets her apart. Melissa’s diligence and keen eye for style are undoubtedly key factors in her success. These qualities help her excel in both understanding her client’s needs and curating properties that align with their aesthetic preferences. Melissa graduated from the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID) in Manhattan, earning a BFA in Fine Art Interior Design. Melissa also studied the fine arts and architectural design periods at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. With her understanding of art and architecture, it is no coincidence she has made Luxury Real Estate her specialty. As a mother to her beautiful daughter, Ella, and her chocolate lab, Baylee, Melissa knows your home is where your heart is. When not selling real estate, her hobbies include enjoying the beach, tennis, paddle boarding, and horses. Melissa is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
