Real estate has always been a passion for Rhonda. She has the ability to walk into a house that needs a little "TLC" and can visualize a beautiful home. Every house needs some decorating, painting or reorganizing and she is able to see exactly what that house needs. She often reminds customers that every house has potential. Whether it is moving a window, filling up an empty corner, or adding a bowl of flowers to brighten a room - Rhonda (Ronnie) Rachlin has the knack. She loves working with people, hearing their unique stories, and being part of the process that helps them realize their dreams. Ronnie likens the home purchase experience to matchmaking - advising customers that there is most certainly a good match for everyone. "You just have to be willing to look beyond the initial meeting!" Ronnie herself purchased a vacation home in the Hamptons 15 years ago, so understands the many considerations She sold her home in Hewlett Harbor and moved out East full time in 2005. She believes real estate is always a sound investment if you buy wisely. Right now there are many wonderful opportunities just waiting for you. She has had customers interested in condominiums, estate homes,, small homes, large homes - move in homes and homes that need lots of "TLC" - but enjoys showing all of them . Each customer has different needs, wants and requirements and she hopes to fill each one of those. Originally from the Rockaways, Ronnie spent summers at Atlantic Beach and moved to Nassau in 1978. She attended school in Buffalo, Queens College and then obtained her MS in Special Education. Prior to entering real estate, Ronnie worked in a variety of professions that included everything from dog rescue to party planning which she continues doing today. She loves living in the Hamptons and loves taking advantage of all that it has to offer; great friends, great food and beautiful scenery. Entertaining her family and friends that love to visit out here is always the highlight of the year!
