About
ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative | SRS – Seller Representative Specialist
As a native of East Hampton, with roots going back to the founding settlers, Sarah Minardi possesses a local's vast knowledge of the East End. A graduate of East Hampton High School and Middlebury College, she already has a long list of professional accomplishments to her name. In 2007, after having spent some time in book publishing, publicity, and event catering, Sarah entered the world of Hamptons real estate and found her passion.
Having grown up in East Hampton and studied management, Sarah realized it would be a natural transition for her to bring her lifelong local knowledge and connections to the world of real estate sales. Sarah gained invaluable experience as part of the Saatchi team, quickly growing her list of clients and closings. Today, as a licensed associate real estate broker, Sarah sells properties throughout the Hamptons, from Montauk to Westhampton and even Shelter Island, where her many customers and clients depend on her as a reliable source of information. With a stellar record of successful sales ranging from $300K to $30M, and a wide network of satisfied customers, Sarah is a one-stop shop for home sellers and home buyers, and she enjoys lots of referrals and repeat business. Among her many accomplishments, she was featured on an episode of HGTV's Island Life.
During the home-buying and home-selling process, Sarah is a patient listener who takes the time to truly understand the needs and desires of her clients and customers. She also thinks outside the box to come up with innovative ways to market properties (she's very active on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter) and to make real estate fun and an enjoyable process from showing to closing. Her 100+ reviews on Zillow and Google from satisfied clients and customers speak volumes.
An active member of the community, Sarah has served on the East Hampton school board since 2018. A member of the Ladies Village Improvement Society since 2007, Sarah heads up the organization's Students Awards Committee, which gifts scholarships each year to graduating seniors heading off to college, as well as to women over the age of 25 living in East Hampton who have decided to return to school to complete their undergraduate education.
Outside the office, Sarah is a devotee of health and fitness. She also loves spending time with her family. Sarah and her husband, Chris, sales director at New York Title Abstract Services, Inc., have two children (for whom the annual Halloween block party on their street is a highlight of the year), and they live in East Hampton village.
My business success reflects the hard work I do to provide the perfect fit for sellers and buyers, Sarah says. I would love to hear from you!
