Daniel and his talented associates work with developers, buyers, sellers and renters, and specialize in all property types, from new developments to condos and co-ops. They deliver broad coverage to their clientele throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Hamptons and Queens, and in the last couple of years alone have sold an impressive $100M+ in real estate. Known and sought after for his relentless, detail-oriented approach, Daniel facilitates the smoothest possible transactions on his clients’ behalf. His vast industry experience and extensive market knowledge have led him to build strong relationships, and cater to the needs of everyone from first-time buyers to luxury sellers, to international investors. A native New York from Queens, Daniel’s father and brothers, who were actively involved in investing and development, inspired his passion for real estate and strengthened his expertise. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, he used his business savvy and leadership skills to co-found UrbanBoard.com, which under his leadership grew from a small start-up in one college community to an exclusive online marketplace frequented by more than 10,000 users representing 18 universities nationwide. Daniel graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. He lives in Noho, and enjoys spending his free time traveling, snowboarding, and playing tennis.
