Raised along both the North and South Shores of Long Island, Joel developed a deep appreciation for the communities and lifestyle that make this region so special. Coming from a "family of real estate brokers*" he grew up around the business and developed an early understanding of what it means to guide clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Joel’s journey is one of "Bartender to Broker.” After years working throughout Long Island’s hospitality industry, he built relationships with people from every walk of life while sharpening his communication and service skills. Those experiences taught him how to read a room, solve problems quickly, and connect with people naturally—allowing him to feel comfortable in any environment and advocate confidently for his clients. Joel is passionate about understanding the "needs, goals, and concerns of every client he represents. His true obsession is helping people create a clear path forward, no matter the situation—whether they are buying, selling, investing, or navigating a complex transaction.
